“Mañana” Story from ‘Tulipán de Color’ Series

“Mañana” was painted when I listening to one of my favorite Cuban songs, “Recordandote” by Leoni Torress. I was having a dance party with Milo, my pup and thought, you know, Cubans love to leave things for the next day (Mañana - tomorrow) and say, ‘dejaló, yo lo hago mañana’. I thought I’d title this painting just that.
