How do I find out when you’re releasing new artwork?

You can join my email newsletter to get all the studio updates every month!

I also post updates about my current work and release dates on Instagram. Follow along and join the studio fam!


Do you offer commissions?

I take a limited number of commissions each month. If you’re interested in commissioning a painting, please fill out the form found on our Commissions page!


Can I pick up my order?

If you are local to the Atlanta, GA area and would like to pick up your painting, please pick the ‘Pickup’ option at checkout! If you have any other questions or concerns, we can coordinate via email.


Do you offer interior designer discounts?

Yes! Please email hello@janellemartinezcruz.com with your design inquiry.


When will my painting ship and do you accept returns?

Please allow 5-7 business days for an item to ship from the studio. If a painting is in a gallery, it will be shipped at a later date. Please email us to know any updates on it.

Fine art ships via USPS or UPS. Paintings are packaged with care, often using durable (eco-friendly) packaging materials in an effort to recycle and help the environment!
